Civil Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our daily site activities, ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations, guaranteeing work execution adheres to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones in accordance with the schedule.
  • Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Effectively communicate with the project team, clients, and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design abilities
