Senior Construction Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Job Summary:
    • The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our civil engineering projects, from inception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
    • Team Management: Lead a team of engineers and supervisors to deliver high-quality results.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved design drawings, documents, and quality plans.
    • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Safety Management: Implement safe working practices and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 14 years' experience as a Project and Construction Manager in Civil & Interior works execution.
    • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT is mandatory.
