Senior Client Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Strategy Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our Account Management department, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for our clients.
About the Role:
- You will lead existing servicing groups, providing strategic solutions to group accounts and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
- With your expertise in digital agencies and handling blue-chip clientele, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the groups and steering them towards achieving organizational objectives.
- A 'rockstar' presentation and communication skillset is essential for this role, as you will interact closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Build strong relationships with clients, operate as day-to-day client contact, address client issues effectively, and evaluate campaign results against objectives.
- Financial Planning and Management: Assist in growing existing accounts, develop programs to build business from existing clients, and take overall responsibility for all budget issues related to accounts.
- Business Development: Contribute to the agency's new business programs, develop new business opportunities, and participate in new business presentations.
- People Development: Participate in professional and account development of team members, coach and supervise team members, and engage in team building activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital agency setting, preferably handling blue-chip clientele.
- 'Rockstar' presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading servicing groups and driving teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
