Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions.
  • Analyze and process data using MS Excel to generate reports.
  • Learn and apply SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with US clients.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • 5-day work week.
