Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and enhance IT service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support aligned with business objectives.

  • The ideal candidate will manage daily operational activities, lead the support team, and implement ITIL best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell is highly valued, as well as knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
