Expert AI Solutions Developer Job

The position of Expert AI Solutions Developer involves the design and implementation of Machine Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and GenAI pipelines to automate complex processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sophisticated ML/NLP/GenAI pipelines for process automation.
  • Design and deploy Large Language Model-based solutions using tools like Ollama, OpenAI, HuggingFace, and integrate via LangChain or similar frameworks.
  • Build and orchestrate autonomous systems (e.g., using LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI) to enable decision-making and task planning.
  • Fine-tune domain-specific Large Language Models and embeddings for intelligent document classification, summarization, and question answering.
  • Implement end-to-end MLOps workflows for scalable model training, testing, and monitoring.
  • Deploy AI models and microservices using cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, explainability, and effectiveness of AI solutions.
  • Leverage prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector stores for efficient document workflows.
