Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across various channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign workflows, targeting, segmentation, and personalization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing campaign execution, including design, build, and deployment of campaigns.
    • Setting up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.
    • Segmenting and targeting audiences using Adobe Campaign's data model and query capabilities (SQL).
    • Personalizing messages using dynamic content and message templates.
    • Optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing and reporting.
  • Requirements
    • 3-7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management.
    • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices (deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
    • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
    • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
    • Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
    • Exposure to integration with CRM/CDP systems (Adobe AEP, Snowflake, etc.).
