We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia as an SAP Succession Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure PMGM and SMCDP modules, including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans, etc.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps, and propose improvements or best practice solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality, etc.
  • Perform data migration where required; prepare and execute test cases; manage user acceptance testing; ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support: hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, managing change requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including configuration workbooks, functional specs, test plans, user guides/training materials.
  • Train end-users, HR teams, and super-users on PMGM and SMCDP functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other SF modules, technical/integration teams, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SF features.
  • Ensure data security, role-based access, and permissions, and compliance with relevant policies.
