Project Director Position

We are seeking an experienced project director to oversee the management of our construction projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and administrative skills, with the ability to take charge of site operations and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee the day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review and schedule deliverables, estimate costs, and implement the scope of work as related to construction or fabrication.
  • Monitor and report on project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented and approved by relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate contractor activities, review contractors' progress invoices, and monitor the quality of executed works.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in multi-discipline construction management, preferably in the chemicals, agro-chemicals, fertilizers, or petrochemical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, with expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

  • BE degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
