Enterprise Solutions Architect

As a key member of our team, the Enterprise Solutions Architect will drive analysis and design activities to deliver SAP solutions for IT projects. Collaborating closely with the SAP Domain Lead, this role manages demand and solution delivery to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.

  • The successful candidate will understand complex requirements, identifying SAP impacts and required system changes to drive business change.
  • Documentation of system processes through diagramming will be a key responsibility.
  • SAP Configuration in the required functional area is also an essential task.
  • Writing Functional Specifications to explain required system changes with detailed information for ABAP programmers to develop from is crucial.
  • Functional unit testing of ABAP changes or configuration changes will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver SAP changes is vital.
  • Implementation of system changes to Production will be a critical milestone.
  • Providing warranty support for changes is also an important aspect of this role.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Significant SAP functional experience in one of the required SAP modules for the relevant SAP Domain: ERP Core (SAP ECC, SAP HANA), Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), Retail & Commerce (SAP CAR, Vistex, F&R), Data & Analytics (BW, Business Objects), Cross-Functional & Governance (GRC, Fiori), Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • A curious problem solver able to understand how the current SAP configuration works and analyze SAP system impacts to arrive at a solution that meets requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex IT concepts in understandable business language.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, understand 'what good looks like', and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a 'can do' attitude are essential qualities for this role.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and multiple demands with a degree of ambiguity.

The ideal candidate will have great SAP functional experience in one of the required SAP modules for the relevant SAP Domain and excellent communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders.
