Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls using our dialer system.
  • Communicate the value of our service and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Follow a structured approach to guide conversations and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Monitor call results and update statuses in our CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.

This is a remote position with a consistent U.S. shift, offering the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals through hands-on training. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent spoken English skills, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with remote tools.
