About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Academic Operations Manager to lead academic endeavors and ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in International curricula, efficient coordination skills, and operational management expertise.

Preference is given to candidates with educational backgrounds.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight
  • Assign tasks accurately and on time to coordinators and Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Monitor daily homework distribution and address gaps in the process.
  • Track tests conducted and update test sheets promptly and accurately.
Data Management and Coordination
  • Maintain and update the academic student database.
  • Collaborate with accounts to complete trial sheets and send fee messages.
  • Oversee all students, teachers, and classes for seamless operations.
Stakeholder Interaction
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents regarding concerns or updates.
Resource Management
  • Share resource materials with teachers and students.
  • Procure books or materials that align with student needs.
Quality Assurance
  • Maintain high standards of academic delivery with teachers.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience for a productive learning journey.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies.
