Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its direct taxation efforts.

Tax Compliance

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the Indian Direct Tax Laws and be able to draft submissions for faceless assessment and appeal proceedings, penalty submissions for penalty proceedings, etc.

Responsibilities include representing our firm before assessing officers and various other authorities for assessment and appeal proceedings.

We require an individual to prepare, vet, and file returns of incomes and TDS returns for individuals, partnership firms, HUF, companies, etc.

Additionally, the selected candidate will respond to letters and make compliances to queries of the department.

Litigation and Representation

The chosen candidate will brief managers, partners, and counsels for CIT (appeals), tribunal, and high court matters.

Drafting and preparing submissions and paper books for matters before various appellate authorities will also be part of the job.

Technical research for technical and legal issues in appeal matters is expected.

Tax Advisory, Structuring, and Planning

Providing advisory services on domestic/international taxation and preparing form 15 CA/CB for various clients will be key responsibilities.

The selected individual will plan and advise on tax structures and evaluate their taxability.

Other Areas

We require assistance with day-to-day assignments and supporting business development.

Solving day-to-day client queries and reviewing tax audit reports will also be part of the job.

Maintaining technical updating through workshops, publications, networks, and societies participation is essential.
