Machine Learning Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms with Databricks, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and more.

This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools, like MLflow, is also essential for successful model deployment and monitoring.

The Machine Learning Engineer will lead the end-to-end development process, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. You should also have 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields, and 2+ years of experience with Databricks.

  1. Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms with Databricks.
  2. Lead the end-to-end development process, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in a production environment.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply them to improve existing systems.
  6. Contribute to the development of machine learning infrastructure, including data pipelines, model serving frameworks, and monitoring tools.
