Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prioritize facilities needs and work closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage property supplies, ensuring adequate stocks and materials are available.
  • Oversee supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
  • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management plans to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor health and safety issues and actively participate in reviewing them.
  • Manage vendor invoice processes to comply with standards.

Key Performance Metrics

  • Client satisfaction is paramount in this role.
  • You will take on difficult issues and seek opportunities to improve operations.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
  • Carry out routine service audits to ensure overall performance.
  • Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of property operations.
  • A degree in business or hotel and building management is preferred.
  • At least three to five years of experience in facilities management is required.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety and client-centric operations.
  • Solid background in team management.
