The Role
Oversee and manage all building and facilities operations.
Supervise and manage maintenance staff.
Ensure facilities are operating optimally, including water, power, HVAC, and safety systems.
Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and other operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
Maintain contracts and strong relationships with tenants.
Enroll and onboard new tenants, ensuring a smooth process.
Assess facilities for needed upgrades and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
Maximize the efficient use of all facilities and space to ensure residents' comfort and safety.
Ideal Profile
5+ years of experience in facilities management.
Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance.
Expertise in contract management, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site role.
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
