Apprentices receive real-world work experience and add value to their teams during their time at Citigroup.
Mentorship and Training:
Citigroup offers mentorship and training from financial-services industry specialists and subject-matter-experts, providing apprentices with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the field.
Program Benefits:
This 12-month program provides apprentices with business-simulations, team-based challenges, and projects to reinforce new skills, as well as self-directed study with access to industry-leading materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
+ Not more than 5 years of difference between graduation end date and joining date.
+ Should not have enrolled in any prior government apprenticeship programs.
+ Should not have been registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal
+ Apprentices who enroll should have their Aadhaar seeded with their personal mobile number and personal email id.
