Strategic Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and technically astute professional to provide comprehensive support to executives.

This pivotal role demands a proactive individual with a strong business acumen, a background in the electronics industry, and proven experience working within a senior leadership office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with C-suite leaders in developing and executing long-range strategic documents, aligning market insights with company objectives.
  • Executive Communications Management: Manage internal and external communications for C-Suite leaders, including crafting impactful mailers, speeches, and presentations.
  • Calendar and Travel Coordination: Efficiently coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and ensuring optimal time management.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items for timely follow-up.
  • Comprehensive Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support, drafting professional correspondence, managing confidential information, and handling inquiries.
  • Corporate Events Partnership: Collaborate with events teams to plan, design, and execute company-wide town halls and corporate events.
  • Operational Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost reductions.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards and reports using software tools to provide clear visibility into key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience/knowledge within the electronics industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly within a senior leadership office, providing high-level support.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
