Investment Banking Executive

We are seeking experienced professionals for our team in Erode, India. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing and brokerage, trade reporting, regulatory reporting, reference data, corporate actions, security lending operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving processes and controls that build capacity and scale with client partners. They will also monitor and capture overall data and its status from various global functional teams across clients.

We require a strong business understanding of the finance industry with special focus on capital markets and derivatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive information from data and work effectively under pressure.

The successful candidate will also lead domain expertise and process improvements, utilizing frameworks and tools available. They will be responsible for articulating goals and thoughts clearly and concisely to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

  • Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner.
  • Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring issues to their attention in a short span of time to avoid client escalation
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Help knowledge management endeavour by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams

Minimum Qualifications-

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling team of minimum 25 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred
