Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Partnership Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations across the country.

Your primary focus will be on creating and managing digital fundraising campaigns for patients in need of medical care. You will also lead and grow our Business Development and Partnerships team, including remote and field-based team members.

You will be instrumental in forging new crowdfunding partnerships across India and various medical verticals. Your close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Content, PR, and Communications, will be crucial to achieving success in this role.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will set revenue and partnership goals for the BD team and manage the team's weekly and monthly partnership pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Startup experience in a medical or healthcare company;
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in Business Development or B2C sales roles;
  • A proven track record of independently sourcing, negotiating, meeting, and closing deals;
  • Flexibility to travel within the country for business purposes.
