Artificial Intelligence Visionary Leader

At a leading company, we are seeking an innovative leader to spearhead AI strategy. As the AI Visionary, you will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an AI/ML roadmap that powers matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to boost developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Utilize recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
