We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to spearhead and support cutting-edge AI initiatives. This role requires at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver both Generative AI and Applied AI projects, driving business value through innovative solutions.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Large Language Models (LLMs) using LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement predictive analytics and forecasting use cases, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analysis, uncovering hidden patterns and trends in complex data sets.
  • Enable intelligent automation and integrate AI into business workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Build and optimize recommendation systems, analyzing user behavior to drive personalized experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Generative AI & Applied AI, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, RAG, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Predictive Analytics & statistical modeling, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
  • Skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Analysis, and Computer Vision (Image & Video Analysis).
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Automation & Workflow Integration, with the ability to design and implement efficient systems.
  • Experience with Data Quality, Model Explainability, and related areas.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
