Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi. As a key member of our service management team, you will be responsible for providing level 2 and level 3 support for mission-critical banking environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Process Governance: Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Performance Optimization: Tune configurations and schedule jobs to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendor TAC cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain strong documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Support Readiness: Demonstrate an ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in service management (L2) or 8+ years (L3) with relevant skills in service management, incident/change/problem management, and servicenow/bmc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
