Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Senior Product Designer/Lead Product Designer with a strong background in user-centered design. We are looking for someone who can create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our product, LEAPS, across web and mobile platforms.

We value collaboration and teamwork, so you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design seamless user experiences that empower users to interact with and understand data.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma, conducting gap analyses, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You should have expertise in Figma, a strong understanding of UX principles, and a passion for staying updated on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for LEAPS
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation
  • Maintain consistency in design systems and UI components
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio
  • Expertise in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and UI design
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
  • Bonus: Experience in the data field or with data-driven platforms
