We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled UI Tester to join our organization.

This role involves testing the user interface functionality of web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify and report bugs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test UI Functionality: Execute manual and automated tests to verify that the user interface functions as intended across various platforms.
  • Validate Design Specifications: Ensure UI elements adhere to design mockups, wireframes, and style guides.
  • Cross-Browser/Device Testing: Test applications on multiple browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox) and devices (e.g. iOS, Android) to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Identify and Report Bugs: Log defects in bug-tracking tools with clear descriptions, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/videos.
  • Usability Testing: Evaluate the user interface for ease of use, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UI testing, quality assurance, or related role
  • Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with UI testing tools
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools and test management tools
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
