Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our technology team. As a key member of our Agile development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated tests for software solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex web/mobile/standalone applications, developing and maintaining UI automation tests, backend automation frameworks, and test cases.

  • You will design and develop automated tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Maintain and improve existing test infrastructure, including UI and backend automation tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and implement effective testing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-8 years of experience in automation framework development, preferably in a test role.
  • Excellent skills in Java programming language (Python is a plus).
  • Experience working with testing frameworks like Serenity, Cucumber, JUnit, Selenium, and RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and ability to analyze defects and spot trends.
  • Exposure to distributed architecture systems with microservices and structured software development life-cycle methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a distributed team environment.
