Job Role

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our Consultants with research and mapping assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data management, including data entry, knowledge management, and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Enter information onto the database, ensure all new and updated entries meet company requirements, and maintain contact logs.
  • Data Saving and Accessibility: Save data efficiently and make it accessible to team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly.
  • CV Formatting: Format CVs in required templates.
  • Presentation Support: Assist Consultants in preparing presentations for client pitches, including market/product analysis and competitor structures.
  • Market Research: Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.
  • Target Identification: Systematically identify target companies and candidates and continuously develop the internal database.
  • Competitor Insight: Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.
  • Desk Analysis: Utilize the company database and other desk analysis tools to generate target candidates for search assignments.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
