Accounting Assistant Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to manage our company's financial transactions.

  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve vendor payment queries and discrepancies
  • Generate and approve vendor invoices
  • Prepare payment record documents for audits
Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Master's in Commerce or Chartered Accountant preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
