Role Overview:

As our Market Research Manager/Senior Research Manager- Consumer Research (Quantitative, Primary) in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for leading impactful research projects across various sectors, including CPG/FMCG, Beverages, Alco Beverages, Automotive, and more.

The role involves conducting consumer research, market research, and gathering customer insights. You will utilize your analytical skills to uncover consumer behaviors and trends, providing valuable insights to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from proposal development to final report delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Research Expertise: Design and execute quantitative research methodologies (surveys, interviews, etc.). Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver exceptional research solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Team Development: Develop, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
  • Business Acumen: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of Quantitative Primary data-based market research experience, with a proven track record of leading, managing, and executing research projects successfully for clients from major B2C sectors.
