As our Market Research Manager/Senior Research Manager- Consumer Research (Quantitative, Primary) at Inicio Insights & Consulting in Delhi NCR, you will be leading impactful research projects (projects for sectors like CPG/ FMCG, Beverages, Alco Beverages, Automotive, etc) from inception to completion.


The role involves conducting consumer research, market research, and gathering customer insights. The Quantitative Research Manager/Senior Manager will use analytical skills to uncover consumer behaviors and trends to provide valuable insights to global clients with opportunity to lead and learn on global projects.


Ideal candidate would have worked on market research projects of FMCG , Beverages, Alco Beverages, Automotive, etc delivering to clients in B2C area over the last 5 years.


We are NOT looking for candidates from Medical/Healthcare/Clinical research area .


Ideally Based in Delhi NCR, preferably in NOIDA or Ghaziabad, this will be a Split Workweek /Hybrid role .


Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from proposal development to final report delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Research Expertise: Design and execute quantitative research methodologies (surveys, interviews, etc.). Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.

· Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver exceptional research solutions that exceed their expectations.

· Team: Develop, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

· Business Acumen: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to business development initiatives.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

· 5-8 years of Quantitative Primary data based market research experience, with proven track record of leading, managing and executing research projects successfully of clients from major B2C sectors like FMCG, Beverages, Alco-Beverages, Durables, etc .


Skills

· Strong Quantitative Analytical Skills and ability to deep dive the data to find meaningful insights

· Strong Project Management skills for project execution, client management and presentation abilities

· Experience in developing research strategies and ability to lead different type of consumer studies

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good with MS Office

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


Beneficial Qualifications:

· Experience working in a global market research environment.

· Familiarity with advanced research techniques (e.g., conjoint analysis, segmentation, pricing research).

· Experience with project with Qualitative component, is an added plus.

· Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Canva, Infogram, Prezi, etc.

· Experience of use of analysis tools like SPSS, R or other tools for market research projects.
