As a seasoned leader in the field of energy storage, you will drive innovation and growth within our Battery Energy Storage Systems division. Your expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, project execution, and leadership will guide teams towards delivering high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy BESS projects from concept to commissioning, focusing on design, development, and deployment for optimal results.
  • Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing to ensure maximum performance.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop strategies for operation & maintenance, performance optimization, and lifecycle management to minimize costs.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to achieve common goals.
  • Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls for efficient system management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive results and build high-performing teams.
