Job Summary

A project leader is required to handle ongoing tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with the team members to ensure that all task requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with task requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meet with team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit task deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.
  • Establish effective communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
  • Identify new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of task deliverables.
  • Manage customer satisfaction within the task transition period.
  • Conduct post-task evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful task elements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in project management in the Technology industry.
  • Ability to lead teams of various sizes.
  • Ability to manage clients and expectations.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
First 30-60-90 Days

In your first 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with workflows and project management tools. You will review ongoing tasks and meet with cross-functional teams to understand goals and challenges. You will take ownership of a small task to get hands-on experience with our processes.

In your next 30 days, you will lead a medium-sized task, collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines. You will establish communication plans and begin optimizing workflow efficiency. You will conduct post-task evaluations to assess outcomes and suggest improvements. You will document and implement best practices for project management.
