SAP SuccessFactors Professional

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional to support and configure core SuccessFactors modules.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering technical solutions, primarily for Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM.
  • Provide expert-level support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements using SuccessFactors tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
