We are looking for a leader to manage our quality services team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in team management and a proven track record of improving productivity and quality.
A successful Ops Manager will be responsible for managing daily floor operations, creating reports, reviewing operator/DA performance, and ensuring productivity & quality deliverables are met.
The candidate should have knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
They will also be required to mentor/coach DA's/SMEs and ensure test case execution process is managed well.
This role will require the candidate to be the point of contact for DAs, SMEs, and QAEs for clarification queries/project execution/work allocation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of team management experience
- Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience an operations, project or program Manager directly managing and developing front-line managers
- Experience in quality assurance/testing/mobile industry/internet of things (IoT)
- Experience managing project delivery
Our team provides testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The primary objective of our team is to provide manual testing support, which includes regression and new feature/product testing.
