SAP Manufacturing and Quality Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing master data and processes, including production planning (MRP), work experience in Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management processes.
  • Integrate PP with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO) and ensure smooth workflow knowledge.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Industry Manufacturing solutions like Production Engineering & Operations, Engineer-to-Order, Advanced Variant Configuration, planning & scheduling topics for industries.
  • Experience in setting up master data – Inspection methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs and inspection plans.
  • QM workflow knowledge – Sample management, Quality certificates, Quality notifications and Quality control required.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration.
  • Strong process knowledge in Production Planning, Quality Management, and Supply Chain.
  • Experience in global deployments of SAP through understanding of procedures around different best practices.
  • Ability to work on various Discrete industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on LoB topics in Supply Chain - Integrated Business Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, and Product Lifecycle Management integrations to S/4 HANA Manufacturing.
  • Continuous process improvement hands-on experience on Audit management, Stability study, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and control plans.
