Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial review of the company's performance, ensuring timely publishing of Consolidated & Standalone financials, and developing financial controls and guidelines.

You will also supervise all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel & Revenue Recognition, and ensure monthly & quarter close as per group timeline.

In addition, you will provide effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to CFO, CEO & Group financial review team for Standalone & Consol (Inc Manila & US entities).

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: End-to-end responsibilities for timely publishing Consolidated & Standalone financials as per applicable standards for Public listed entity.
  • Audit & Assurance & Risk Management: Independently handling & driving timely closure of Stat audits, Internal audits, IFCR.
  • Month Close, Payroll, AP & AR Process supervision: Derive the change to optimize efficiencies for Payroll, Billing, AR, AP, Taxation processes.
  • Accounting & IndAS: Strong in supervising all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel & Revenue Recognition as per applicable IndAS.
  • Book Closure: Ensuring monthly & quarter close as per group timeline.
  • Financial Review: Strong in financial review to explain periodic P&L & B/S movement for MoM, QoQ, YoY, understand AOP plan & able to compare actual performance against AOP to provide effective inputs to FP&A team.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Experience in handling Big 4 auditors for Stat, Internal, Tax & IFC, audits. Able to handle & close auditors queries. Effective Risk management experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • CA with 14+ years of experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager, or financial controller.
  • Experience with listed companies, preferably in the IT or CLM industry (not mandatory).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
