Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

The People's Corp is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy of our financial information.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to manage our accounting records, analyze financial data, and oversee our internal controls. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Accounting Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with statutory authorities.
  2. Analyze Financial Data: You will analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize budgets, and ensure that our company is operating within its means.
  3. Oversee Internal Controls: You will implement and maintain effective internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting.
  4. Monitor Expenditure: You will review and approve expenses to ensure that they align with our budget and strategic goals.
  5. Budgeting: You will develop and manage our annual budget, ensuring that it accurately reflects our company's financial situation.
  6. Auditing Processes: You will coordinate auditing processes to ensure the accuracy of our financial information and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation/Masters: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounts/finance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Accounting Fundamentals: A deep understanding of accounting fundamentals, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Auditing Experience: Experience in auditing processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Data Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • ERP System Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision ERP.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
