Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and expectations
  • Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • IDentify gaps between current and desired end states and develop comprehensive solutions
  • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent proven experience
  • 9-14 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including B2B commerce on core, Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, customer journeys, and e-commerce best practices
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Travel Requirements

This role requires travel to client sites for projects, estimated at 50-75% of your time.
