Job Title: Student Admission Executive

Main Responsibilities

The primary role of the student admission executive is to assist in delivering efficient application processing, compliance, and credibility checks to various stakeholders.

Key Duties
  • Admissions Data Management: Manage admissions data on Salesforce, receiving applications and documents from students/agents, and evaluating academic and English credentials to determine admissibility to university programs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the admissions team and UEA global team with pre-arrival registrations, establish contact with students for timely arrival, review and coordinate mailboxes and upload documentation daily, and respond to email inquiries.
Other Key Aspects
  • Credential Verification: Verify the authenticity of academic documents, English language proficiency, and letters of recommendation.
  • Funding and Compliance: Understand UK visa financial requirements for conducting financial checks before CAS issuance and participate in credibility interviews with applicants before and/or after receiving initial deposits in certain cases and markets.

General Information:

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake other appropriate duties as requested by management. This position involves working within normal hours (Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm) but may require evening and weekend work during busy periods.
