Job Description:

SAP Production Planning Experts are responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to complex customer issues related to SAP PP/MRP. They conduct thorough root cause analysis, troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting planning processes, order management, material availability, and manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and high-quality resolution of complex customer issues
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fast-track solutions
  • Support customers running on SAP ECC and S/4HANA, ensuring planning systems are optimized for performance, stability, and accuracy
  • Contribute to knowledge management by authoring high-quality knowledge base articles and internal troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP PP/MM or related technical support roles with a focus on MRP runs, BOM management, routing, work centers, and PIR configurations
  • Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, cross-module integrations, and planning relevant master data
  • Hands-on experience in ABAP debugging and proficiency in handling issues related to order planning, capacity evaluation, procurement proposals, and production planning
