Compliance Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to join our organization at Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Circular Dissemination: Disseminate relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators on a daily basis to respective departments and track actionable items.
  • Client Balance Settlement: Settle client balances and maintain records of the same.
  • AP Registration Documentation: Prepare documentation for AP registration and cancellation, as well as maintain knowledge of AP-related compliances.
  • NEAT/CTCL Terminal Access: Provide NEAT/CTCL terminal access and maintain related MIS.
  • Regulatory Returns Submission: Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory returns to exchanges and handle day-to-day compliance.
  • Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments on compliance-related issues.
  • Client Transaction Recording: Maintain recording data of client transactions.
  • MIS Reports Preparation: Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in broking or a related field is required.
