Clinical Data Management Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management group, you will be responsible for defining project specifications for data management services, including protocol conversion, database build, CRF design and data review.

You will work closely with our technical teams to configure centralized data management platforms and develop data cleaning strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

In this role, you will perform holistic data review and trending analysis via reporting and analytics to proactively identify issues, risks and develop mitigation strategies.

You will also utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning for anomaly and outlier detection to enhance efficiency and quality of trial data.

As a Clinical Data Management Specialist, you will monitor and interpret key performance indicators, metrics and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Review and Analysis: Perform comprehensive data review and trending analysis via reporting and analytics to proactively identify issues, risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Data Cleaning Strategies: Develop and implement data cleaning strategies to accelerate time to achieve subject data cleanliness and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • AI and ML Integration: Utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning for anomaly and outlier detection to enhance efficiency and quality of trial data.
  • Tech Support: Collaborate with technical teams on configuration of centralized data management platforms and data cleaning strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry quality standards, regulations and guidelines.
