Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our finance team in India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities- Oversight and management of the finance department.
- Preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordination with auditors during audits and provision of necessary documentation.
- Development and implementation of effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Assistance in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitoring of cash flow and financial transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
