AI-Powered Backend Engineer

About the Role

We're building a revolutionary AI-native platform that's transforming relationship intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to join our remote team in India and strengthen our backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Scalable APIs using NestJS to power our product.
  • Develop Secure and Efficient Backend Services handling large-scale data, integrating with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to deliver full-stack features, ensuring code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience in backend development, with proficiency in AWS services.
  • Strong Knowledge of Postgres and DynamoDB, hands-on experience with Docker, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka), be able to work independently in a remote setup, and continuously improve architecture and suggest optimizations.
