Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct research on organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets.
  • Sales Outreach: Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Marketing Strategy: Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Event Attendance: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays to showcase products and services.
  • Proposal Development: Develop quotes and proposals to secure new business.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person to close deals.
  • Sales Team Management: Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met.
  • Training and Development: Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
