Job Title: Spatial Visualizer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented spatial visualizer to create immersive 3D environments for interior projects.

  • Develop high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.
  • Create conceptual and detailed 3D models using industry-standard software.
  • Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic outputs.
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated.
  • Prepare and present design visualizations for client meetings and project pitches.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop (knowledge of Unreal Engine/Blender/Enscape is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Ability to produce photorealistic renders within deadlines.
  • Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detail orientation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role within an interior design/architecture firm would be beneficial. Additionally, experience in creating client presentations and walkthrough animations is valuable.
