Job Title: Operations Manager - Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlets, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our Food and Beverage teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Staff Management: Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to ensure that departmental targets are achieved.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental awareness.
  • Guest Service: Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, representing the needs of the team.
  • Financial Performance: Assist management in achieving financial targets by controlling costs and improving revenue.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Appraisals: Participate in annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility.
