Food and Beverage Leadership PositionJob Overview

This leadership role is responsible for driving and overseeing all food and beverage operations across various locations.

The ideal candidate will ensure that the culinary, beverage, and service experiences consistently meet high standards while delivering exceptional quality, innovation, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage vision and strategy across all locations.
    • Standardize service and product excellence while customizing local experiences.
    • Collaborate with programming, sales, and membership teams to curate experiential food and beverage offerings.
    • Create unique restaurant concepts that reflect the brand identity and elevate the dining experience.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Drive revenue targets through innovative concepts, upselling programs, and cost management.
    • Monitor profit and loss performance, ensuring cost control, COGS, labor, and operating expenses.
    • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to maximize profitability.
    • Implement effective menu engineering strategies to ensure higher profitability.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations in collaboration with unit managers and team members.
    • Monitor kitchen and service standards, hygiene protocols, and guest experience parameters.
    • Lead the creation and implementation of outlet-specific SOPs for operations, service, and training.
  • Culinary and Beverage Innovation:
    • Work with executive chefs and beverage managers to continually update menus based on trends, seasonality, and guest preferences.
    • Introduce signature events such as brunches, wine dinners, and bar takeovers.
    • Elevate bar and wine programs, positioning the organization as a leader in beverage innovation.
    • Prepare and implement comprehensive beverage programs that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.
  • Team Development:
    • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team across all units.
    • Implement ongoing training programs to build product knowledge, service finesse, and leadership capabilities.
    • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent succession planning for food and beverage leadership roles.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Champion a member-first service culture at every touchpoint.
    • Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and initiate service enhancements.
    • Design and manage feedback and audit mechanisms to continuously monitor food and beverage satisfaction scores.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all food and beverage operations meet health, safety, and legal regulations.
    • Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards across all outlets.
