Senior Precast Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of multiple precast projects to establish benchmarks, align resources, track progress, and showcase the benefits of precast technology in various infrastructure and buildings construction projects across India.
  • Propose alternative precast construction methods for ongoing and tender projects to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and enhance quality and safety.
  • Develop a robust network of execution resources, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Align and mobilize the execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, and prestressing/post-tensioning to rapidly establish and continually improve precast setup efficiency.
  • Manage and build a team of production and installation engineers along with flying squads deployed to various sites based on project needs. Develop cross-functional capabilities in the teams for both infrastructure and buildings knowledge.
  • Manage training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team recognized for their expertise.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.E. - Civil Engineering
  • Total Work Experience (years): 20-25
  • Certifications (if any): PMP/Lean/Six Sigma Preferred
