Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This role will involve managing projects from start to finish, establishing productive relationships with key personnel and clients, and ensuring seamless functioning of client accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to achieve strategic customer objectives and account plans.
  • Develop solutions that best address customer needs and coordinate involvement of necessary actions.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to manage performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions on client escalations/queries.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to US/international clients (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including resource allocation and time management.
  • Able to maintain a positive and motivational attitude in challenging circumstances.
  • Good relationship building skills, including internal, external, and cross-cultural.
  • Sound computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
